1. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  2. These Terms of Business are intended to govern the business relations between Trinity Group Partners and the “Client”.
  3. These Terms of Business shall form an integral part of any agreement concluded between the Client and Trinity Group Partners.
  4. The Client agrees to abide by Trinity Group Partners  standard  Terms and Condition of Business and accepts responsibility for the payment of the agreed initial and annually recurring charges billed in accordance  with Trinity Group Partners scale of fees.
  5. The Client agrees that the company will not be used for any criminal activity or other illegal purposes,  whether  fiscal or otherwise, in any jurisdiction and he understands that he may have an obligation to report any arrangement involving the proceeds of criminal conduct.
  6. On the basis of these Terms of Business, Trinity Group Partners shall provide the Client with one-off services and/or annual services.
    a. “One-off services ” means: company (or other body) formation; creation of agreements (including shareholders agreements);  and any other services which are one-off in nature provided by Trinity Group Partners at the requested of Client and in respect of a Company.
    b. “Annual Services” means: company management services; company administration services; and other services of a recurring nature (including those required to maintain the Company in good standing in its country of establishment  or incorporation) provided by Trinity Group Partners at the requested of Client and in respect of a Company.
  7. In consideration of Trinity Group Partners providing the Services, Client will pay the Fees and the Disbursements.
  8. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other currency).
  9. Whilst effort is made to maintain the same level of fees for as long as possible, Annual Fees are subject to change, subject to Trinity Group Partners providing Client with not less than 30 days notice of any increase prior to commencing provision of relevant Annual Services.
  10. Fees are invoiced in advance and are due immediately upon issue If Client no longer requires Trinity Group Partners to provide the “Annual Services”, Client shall give written notice of termination  to Trinity within 30 days of the date of the last invoice for Annual Services.
  11. Upon entry into an agreement to provide “One-Off Services”, Client will not be able to terminate said agreement by notice.
  12. The termination fee shall be payable by Client to Trinity Group Partners upon the Services no longer being required (whether as a result of the winding up or disposal of the Company, the transfer of management or otherwise). On termination  the Client will also pay all outstanding fees and disbursements.
  13. Trinity reserves the right to refuse to accept instructions from a Client or to discontinue the provision of Services without giving any reasons.
  14. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  15. www.trinitygroup.eu will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  16. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  17. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

It is generally not our policy to return professional fees for the work we are asked to carry out. We will however return government fees and other specific disbursements, for example license and sponsor fees (where possible) in the event that we are unable to complete the job at hand due to circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
